Hello Glams. I have tried many diets. One constant in my weight loss journey is physical activity. It’s very important to understand that diet is just as important as exercise. To be overall healthy, both components must be in effect.
I have posted on juicing, the paleo diet, a vegetarian diet and probably a few more. Each diet has had different effects for me. I would expect that they would for you.
